The Wedding Library and Martha Stewart Weddings are coming together to co-host The Wedding Party, showcasing 2012 wedding trends and New York City’s top bridal vendors. Taking place on Sunday, January 29th at The New York Palace Hotel, those bride-to-be’s attending will be surrounded by the best in the wedding industry who are there to offer tips and ideas for making wedding planning simple. With booths of over 100 vendors, and top industry people such as Martha Stewart Weddings’ Editorial Director, Darcy Miller, and Kleinfeld’s Randy Fenoli, it definitely sounds like a fun time!

Yup, it’s official! I’m engaged to be married to my wonderful boyfriend of three years, Nicholas. While staying overnight at the Surf & Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach, California, my lovely fiancé popped the big question while as we watched the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. It was dreamy and perfect.
So now comes the fun part! Planning a wedding. That which I am super excited for. And even more excited to share details with our Lovely readers as I slowly but surely move along the planning process. And so, here it is–my first wedding inspiration board. With no underlying theme, these are just some of the images I’m keeping in mind as I plan our special fête!
