My wedding is a week and three days away. That means, every thing is pretty much set in place. I can’t wait for the big day and to share every little detail with Lovely’s readers. It’s been hard to keep quiet but I just wanted everything to be a surprise! However, if there is one thing I’ve learned from this whole process (actually, I’ve learned a lot. I’ll share that with you guys another time though!) it’s that we can’t do everything. I can’t begin to tell you how many DIY projects I set out to do and instead ended up handing off to a vendor or to my awesome/amazing/totally on top of it wedding planner, Kasey. It’s in those instances that cute little vendors come into save the day. I can’t begin to express how helpful Etsy has been throughout my whole wedding process–my headpiece, flower girl dresses and countless other decor accessories were all bought from Etsy. Not only were these affordable options but I also loved helping these small businesses out. Having said that, I wanted to highlight one Etsy shop, The Paper Walrus, that while I did not end up using, had a really cute variety of things that are totally DIY-able for the bride that has time, but also available at this shop for the ones that don’t.
