Bridal Stylist – Rehearsal Outfits

With so much planning going on, a bride-to-be can often forget random things like, what she’ll wear for her rehearsal dinner. That same bride may think, “Bleh! Who cares! I get to wear an amazing dress the day after anyway!Okay, she may not really be thinking that because who doesn’t like another excuse to dress up?! But still, things can get hectic and she may be scrambling at the last minute to pick out an outfit. But have no fear, bridal stylist is here!

Any Brooklyn brides out there? Keep it cool with a casual, yet lovely fitting Rebecca Taylor dress, some wicked A Peace Treaty earrings, Jimmy Choo platforms, and a cute little purse by Pieces.

Wanna keep it simple? How about a light colored Alice and Olivia fitted dress, a geometric statement necklace by Kenneth Jay Lane, an awesome Lanvin clutch, topped off with some basic black pumps.

Remember ladies, the little back dress is always an option! This cap sleeved ASOS dress won’t break the bank and will looking amazing with some red suede Miu Miu pumps, a Zebra-printed Diane von Furstenberg clutch and some big Citrine by The Stones earrings.

Dying for some color? This Lela Rose dress is beyond words. With some yellow Manolo’s, a very colorful clutch from Matthew Williamson, and some Vanessa Mooney mood earrings, you’ll be the center of attention. Just like you should!

One Great Dress- Actually Make That Two!

Oh Mon Dieu! I fell on the floor when I saw Olga in her TDF (to die for) Vera Wang gown, but imagine my surprise when I saw what she wore to the rehearsal! One of our Lovely Delphine Manivet dresses! The baby-doll white lace frock was the perfect substitute of ‘bride’ to compensate for her non traditional, but ultra-stunning, grey and gold vera masterpiece! Doesn’t it look like it belongs in the MET?

Photography by Lisa Poggi.

As seen on 100 Layer Cake. See more of the wedding here.

Lovely in Brides Magazine on ‘The Bridal Cap’

We love this trend and had several versions come into Lovely and sell within the day, so we know our cool, chic brides get it first! Aside from Kate Moss’s divine cap, here are a few of our other favorites. Whether you wear it over the brow or at the crown of your head, bridal caps look modern and vintage at the same time.
