Be the Buyer at Lovely – Delphine Manivet
We just got the first glimpse of Delphine Manivet’s runway show in Paris last week and we are giddy with excitement to buy the next group of dresses! We want your input though! Let us know which look is your favorite (and add a description so we make sure we know which one). The dress with the most comments, we will buy and carry at Lovely. Thanks for helping be part of our selection process! BTW…do you spy the one Lilly Allen wore on her wedding day?
Liked 2 dresses: The cut in sleeve with the TBack with bow at the nape of the neck….And the girl who dropped her sleeve, off the shoulder!

Lordy lord, there are some gems here! Tried as I did, I couldn’t just pick one. My vote goes to the long sleeves lace dress at minute 03:12
But I really love these too:
-Empire cut dress with spaghetti straps at minute 02:54.
-short sleeves, Lace Spanish-style at minute 03:48
-lace halter top w/ swiss dot Spanish skirt at minute 06:06
-strapless natural waist — big a-line at minute 08:18
I love all of them but I love the 3rd dress the most – it has 3/4 length sleeves and hits about ankle length. And it has pockets!
So hard to pick! But the favorite is the long sleeve Dress @ 6:26 !
Choice #2 is Long Sleeve Dress @ 3:12
Lace number at 3:12. Yup.
My favorite is definitely the lace 3/4 length sleeve at 6:27!!
Wasn’t Lily Allen such a doll in her DM (the one at 6:26 I believe)?! Adorable! But if I must pick ONE for the shop…I’m with Jamie:
The tea/ballet length, bateau neckline, 3/4 length sleeve dress (0:50-1:10)!
A close second is the sleeveless, one-shouldered, silk charmeuse gown (2:06- 2:27)
Third is the lace dress with 1/2 sleeves (3:12-3:30).
However, you can’t lose with ANY of Mme. Manivet’s designs!
Hard to pick just one to cheer for.
But I’m a big fan of the off-the-shoulder number that starts at 2:29. Also love the T-back with the bow at the nape (3:30) and the boatneck with lacy short sleeves (3:47).
The two long gowns that convert into shorties might be unique additions to the ones already at the shop (haven’t been there in months so I’m not sure). Good luck to you guys! I can’t wait to wear my own DM in 2.5 months!
