Engagement Shoot – Simply Lovely
There’s nothing more lovely than a simply sweet engagement shoot centered on a couple’s love and history together. When the incredible team at Wrinkle in Time Photography sent over this gorgeous set of photographs of the newly engaged Kiersten and Mike, we were swept away by the genuine romance that fills every shot.

The Proposal:
“Mike and I started dating the summer before our junior year in high school and 10 1/2 years later he proposed. It was freezing and we had been running errands separately all morning when Mike called and asked when I’d be home. He wanted to take a ride over to the beach to take some pictures… this was something we’d done about 1001 times before. I reluctantly said yes, though I could barely stand the cold. Bundled up in jackets, hats, scarves, boots, gloves and whatever else we could find, we were on our way. We held hands and walked the beach discussing life and family as we had also done 1001 times before. We took turns taking pictures and he said, “Why don’t you sit here… I want to get a picture of you with the bridge in the backdrop… look up.” He was taking forever and when I looked down… he was on one knee with a beautiful ring in hand. After all this time, he was still able to surprise me! I thought I would’ve absolutely known it was coming. (Had I known… I would have gotten dressed and just froze my butt off!)
Our wedding plans are well on the way. We are getting married this coming June and have got a great band and the most fabulous photographers lined up! My dress must remain a secret for now, but it is amazing!”

These picture are outstanding! I hope they will consider photo booth at there wedding.
Awesome pics! I really like the first and second one. The second one looks like they were sort of hiding from the paparazzi and they still managed to find them through the trees, lol.
