Honeymoon Packing List – Camping Trip

We had such a great response to our Honeymoon Attire blog on 100 Layer Cake a few weeks ago, we decided to make it a regular feature on Lovely blog! It was exciting to read the comments and dream about all of the fun places the newlyweds are jetting off to. One gal, Davanie, peaked our interest when she mentioned she was going to Glacier National Park on her honeymoon. What a nice romantic idea. Talk about unwinding from the stress of a wedding. No tourists, no hustle or bustle, just you and your beloved basking in the glow of a recent wedding. Davanie, you were probably joking when you asked us to do one for you, but here goes. Nothing cuter than a tomboy with a girly touch!

No reason you can’t look greater than the great outdoors on your honeymoon. Just play up the au natural dewy glow of your honeymoon and top it off with some cute accessories. We love this safari hat to tame the unshowered bed head and to ward off the harsh sunrays for your big hike. Once at your campsite, trade your hiking boots for some cute broken in loafers. For the night chill, pack the safari/military jacket which are as easy to find in stores these days as a Starbucks in New York City. Lastly, just because dinner is around a campfire for two doesn’t mean you can’t throw on a frilly cargo jumpsuit just to excite him. We are missing the lingerie, you say? You are are in nature baby, so wear what your momma gave you!

We went to Glacier National a couple years ago. Good broken in hiking shoes are a must! Lots of great photo ops so make sure you look cute! And don’t get stuck on the main road – GO EXPLORING! There’s lots to see.
